300 and 100 Series certified operator
An ELAMINATOR® licensee may sponsor their employee or an independent contractor employee for the Certified ELAMINATOR® Operator Program (CEOP). The operator, upon completion of the program requirments of step ONE and Step TWO, will first receive a Certificate of Completion becoming an Authorized Machine Operator and finally a Certification, Step THREE, to operate the 300 Series Machines under the sponsor name ONLY.
In the event that a licensees wishes to utilize an independent contractor's employee who is an Authorized Machine Operator sponsored by another ;icensees(s), such use shall be permitted; provided, that an Adjunct Sponsor Fee (Licensees Agreement 10.5) of $3000 is paid to the sponsor or split evenly between multiple sponsors.
If an employee of an independent contractor who is a CEOP Authorized Machine Operator becomes an employee of another employer, the licensees sponsorship is maintained as long as the operator's certification is current. Sponsorship of an Authorized Operator is with the individual person.
If an Authorized CEOP Machine Operator does not maintain his certification, he looses his right to be an Authorized Operator and must enter the certification process again advancing through all three steps to be re-certified.
