100 Series Training Program

100 Series operator

ELAMINATOR® licensees may choose program one and /or two for operator training. Fee Schedule is available from the ELAMINATOR® Administrator.

Programs

Program One:
Classroom basic training has been redesigned as a simple home study course with electronic quizzes so your employee can be working yet prepare himself with basic knowledge needed for the next stage. Each of the modules were chosen from an accredited National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Metal Building Assembler course endorsed by the MBMA. Knowledge of both 300 Series and 100 Series manuals is required to pass the quiz.

Program Two:
Performance training is hands-on with an Owens Corning Trainer. This three day long session gives your employee an excellent student to trainer ratio with four to six students with the Master Trainer. With a 50 X 45 foot metal building within a building, many installation techniques and problem solving situations can be explored without the pressure of getting a roof done or the weather conditions preventing instruction. This program goes beyond any on-the-job training program, which provides only a minimum learning opportunity for a trainee.
