Installation & Design Considerations

• PINKCORE® low-conductivity ties are designed to hold the fascia to the structural wythe in the absence of a concrete-foam bond or solid concrete sections in the panel.
• Space ties on 16-inch centers both horizontally and vertically in standard applications.
• Maximum fascia thickness is 3 inches. Minimum recommended fascia reinforcement is welded wire fabric 6 x 6–W6 x W6.
• Maximum panel height is 40 feet above grade for a supported fascia.
• Eliminate solid sections of concrete for maximum panel thermal performance.
• Note: PINKCORE® ties are white in color, illustrated in black for better visability.
• Architect must supply detailed drawings to meet project and building code requirements.
